Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
  • Clients may choose to cancel services at any time; however, cancellations made within an ongoing billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund. A written notice via email or text message is required to process the cancellation, and future payments will be halted accordingly. No prorated refunds will be issued.
  • No refund will be provided if the client does not adhere to our recommendations, fails to provide the necessary inputs for project completion, or modifies the work without prior consultation.
  • If the client engages another service provider or attempts self-implementation during the contract period, the service agreement will be considered void, and no refund will be granted.
  • A refund will not be applicable if the client fails to provide the required website access, credentials, or content, causing delays in execution.
  • Once the project reaches the final development stage or enters testing, no refunds will be processed.
  • Special services, such as event-based solutions or one-time promotional services, are non-refundable and require at least 30 days’ notice for cancellations.
  • Digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, and ad campaigns, are non-refundable. However, the client may request cancellation with a 15-day prior written notice.
  • Any project left inactive or unresponsive for more than 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. Additional charges may apply to resume work.
  • Refunds will not be issued for third-party costs, including but not limited to domain registrations, hosting fees, software licenses, and paid integrations.
