By acknowledging a quotation, you agree to and accept Connect AIO’s policies and terms. Acknowledgment can be given orally, via email, through payment of the initiation fee, or by signing a quotation.
Clients must ensure that all their requirements are included in the quotation and that we fully comprehend their needs. Clients must provide clear guidelines and any specifications they may require. If such specifics are not provided promptly, we will proceed based on our expertise. Any major changes or ambiguities later may lead to additional costs. Therefore, you must explain every aspect of your project beforehand to ensure accurate quotations.
Any nuances associated with specific tasks must be articulated in advance and incorporated into the proposal to monitor the scope and cost. We rely on clients to provide complete details at the time of citation. Connect AIO will not be liable for inconsistencies caused by unclear requirements.
Each project has a predefined number of working hours. Minor modifications within this timeframe may be accommodated, depending on the scope of work.
Connect AIO will make every effort to complete the project/changes within the stipulated timeframe. If features and functionalities are reinvented or modified, reasonable delays will be accepted.
Any disruptions on the client’s side may lead to rescheduling and additional expenses.
Except at our sole discretion or as required by applicable laws, we do not provide refunds or credits.
Any programming errors (bugs) identified during or immediately after development do not incur additional costs.
Any rework on a completed task will require extra fees. Any changes to the layout will be subject to additional charges once acknowledged.
Any changes requested during the development process or after Go-Live approval will incur extra costs. Additional work will be billed separately. Connect AIO will not be responsible for delays caused by modifying the agreed-upon project scope.
All website content and relevant materials must be provided within the first two weeks of the project’s commencement. Delays in submission may result in project postponements and additional costs.
Our web pages are primarily tested on PCs using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. If testing is required on other browsers, clients must inform us in advance.
iPhones and iPads are used to check and test web page responsiveness. If you require testing on another device, please let us know.
Any project stalled for more than two months will incur administrative fees. Additionally, it may lead to a revision of previously approved estimates. Prior notice is required to put a project on hold; otherwise, it will not be accommodated by our team.
When a project is put on hold, there are no additional charges, but we will require account updates before resuming work. A detailed discussion will be arranged if necessary.
Connect AIO’s software codes (excluding open-source software) are protected by copyright. Once all prior payments are cleared, codes can be transferred for an additional fee. Modified codes cannot be resold or duplicated under any circumstances.
Connect AIO retains copyright over all custom-written software codes for any client. A license is granted for the client’s exclusive use of the software as part of the hosting package. This license is non-transferable to other hosts, and external connections to the software are not permitted.
The website/application is developed using commercial-grade infrastructure. Performance may vary based on traffic and hosting environments.
Connect AIO ensures that third-party elements are appropriately selected. However, constraints or limitations from third-party services are beyond our control. Costs associated with SSL certificates, payment gateways, Google Ads, plugin licenses, etc., are not included in our estimates.
Connect AIO accepts no responsibility for the maintenance of third-party platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Open-Source Carts. Clients must ensure that all third-party software is regularly updated to prevent disruptions.
Connect AIO collaborates with third-party vendors for additional services. Any changes in vendor policies or service strategies may impact our service delivery.
Delays can occasionally occur. As long as we make reasonable efforts to adhere to the schedule, we will not be penalized for unintentional delays.
Domain registration, renewal, and other related expenses are not included in our proposal unless specified. If the client requests such services, a separate estimate will be provided for approval.
Hosting fees are not included in the quotation. If necessary, Connect AIO can assist in arranging an appropriate hosting solution, with costs quoted separately for client approval. Clients opting for self-managed hosting should consult us beforehand to ensure compatibility with the development specifications.
