In the event of a dispute, Connect AIO reserves the right to take legal action and hold the client fully accountable for the work completed and resources expended in the dispute resolution process. In such cases, Connect AIO may charge the client the full amount due without honoring any previously granted discounts. We are not liable for any loss resulting from false representation or unprofessional conduct by the client.
Connect AIO reserves the right to revoke services if a client fails to comply with our company’s policies, operating principles, or regulatory requirements.
Our services are provided “as is”, without any guarantees regarding data security, system integrity, or potential reputational risks. While we take extensive measures to protect our servers and networks from cyber threats such as hacking, viruses, and unauthorized access, we cannot be held liable for any disruptions, data breaches, or system failures beyond our control.
Independent Business Relationships
Connect AIO operates independently from its partners and subcontractors. No external party has the authority to interfere with our operations, impose obligations, or make commitments on our behalf unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Connect AIO, its licensors, employees, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, contractors, and subcontractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from a violation of these terms or any unauthorized use of our content or services. Connect AIO bears no liability for any damages caused by misuse, non-compliance, or third-party actions.
Additionally, clients agree to defend and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from any third-party claims arising from their use of Connect AIO’s services, data, or intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
Connect AIO will not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Fire, lightning, explosions, or natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Industrial disputes, whether involving our employees or external parties
- Severe weather conditions
- Government regulations, legal restrictions, or actions by local or national authorities
By engaging with Connect AIO, clients acknowledge and accept these terms as binding.
